We had the pleasure of providing marquee hire in Mansfield for Billie’s engagement celebration this past weekend. With the summer sun in full force, shade was very much needed, and we were delighted to help create a comfortable and stylish outdoor setting.

Billie and her mum, Debbie, weren’t quite sure what layout would suit their garden best. They were looking for something subtle – a setup that would complement their garden space without feeling too formal or overly ‘wedding-like’.

We visited them in person to assess the space, discuss their ideas, and show a selection of example images. After taking some measurements, we agreed that two of our 6m x 6m commercial-grade hexagonal Mini Marquee gazebos would be the ideal fit. These provided ample shade while maintaining a relaxed, informal look.

To complete the setup, we supplied:

• Warm festoon lighting for a soft evening ambience

• 25 white wooden folding chairs

• Two bistro sets – perfect for relaxed seating
